Happy Sunday Omyoga blog followers, subscribers, and guests. I do appreciate your visit! Today’s post is a simple one but nonetheless important for our journey. The word “holiness” is rooted in the concept of “wholeness” which means “completeness”. The yogis and rishis of the ancient past (and even the ones of today who meditate but remain mostly anonymous) have experienced the Sacred Syllable OM in meditation and tell us the same truth – that OM represents “all this” and that everything is within the domain of OM. So, as we chant OM, we are honoring God and creation completely, fully, and without exception. The Sacred Syllable OM is true wholeness and holiness. Namaste, Keith
